Return Policy

For the protection of all my copyrighted designs, all sales are final.

Be assured the products we offer are of the highest quality. However, if you receive an item that proves defective, please contact us and we will provide you with contact information for the appropriate manufacturer.

Insufficient Funds

If a check is returned for insufficient funds, there will be an additional bank charge fee of $25 added to the invoice to cover the expenditure of the insufficient funds check.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are estimated at 15% of your total purchase. If any shipping charge far exceeds that amount, we will contact you prior to sending your order. We try to send all orders within 1-2 business days. If we are out of town with a convention or I am doing a seminar this may not be possible. As soon as possible upon my arrival home, I will contact you as to when your order is being shipped. For all addresses outside of the United States, please enter the complete shipping address in the additional information field found in checkout. Please enter the information exactly as it should appear on the package.

Wholesale Policy

To qualify for wholesale pricing, proof is required to substantiate that you have a retail business or are a teacher. Prior to wholesale account approval a mailed copy of your tax resale certificate is necessary. Wholesale pricing is generally 40% off the regular retail price. No further discounts will apply.

Minimum order is $100 retail (books, videos, packets, brushes), with at least 3 of each individual title (item no.) ordered.

All wholesale orders require prepayment by Visa or MasterCard. If you prefer to place your order by phone, please have your credit card ready when you call.

For the protection of our small shops, wholesale terms are not available to chapters.
